Direct Oceanfront w/private balcony on 5th floor. 1 bedroom w/king bed, new sleeper sofa, large bathroom, fully equipped kitchen w/2 burner stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, plenty of cookware & utensils, 2 wall mounted TV's. All of this located in a beautiful beachfront resort. Sip your morning coffee from your ocean facing private balcony. Take a dip in the beachfront pool, or swim laps in our indoor pool. Conveniently located across from large shopping plaza. The space This is a 1 bedroom with an open floor plan so there's no door separating the bedroom. You have to walk through the bedroom from the living room to get to the bathroom. Direct oceanfront private balcony. Guest access **Update** WE DO HAVE BEACH ACCESS, HEATED OUTDOOR POOL, INDOOR POOL, HOT TUB, FITNESS CENTER, SAUNA AND PLENTY OF SUNSHINE Guests have beach access from the north side ramp. We also have our own private parking lot next to the resort, as our parking garage is closed for repairs. We also have coin laundry available on site. Other things to note We are located 8 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral. Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 20 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion! New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone! If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area. The great thing about Florida, you can explore lots of different places all in a days journey!
