Parties and/or large gatherings are not permitted at this property in any shape or form. Guests are required to pay all fines incurred from violating local ordinances. DAMAGE: Guests are financially responsible for any items damaged in the house during their stay. Cost of damages will be taken out of the deposit. If the damage costs exceed the deposit amount, guests may be subject to additional charges to fix or replace damaged items. To reduce fire risks, there will be no open flames or candles allowed for your safety. SMOKING/VAPING: Marijuana is prohibited anywhere on the premises. Smoking & vaping is prohibited indoors. Please extinguish & discard cigarette butts. No butts to be left anywhere on the ground. PETS: No pets allowed. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: The number of people present cannot exceed 10 people. No overnight extra guests allowed. Children under the age of two are not included. CONSEQUENCE OF BREACH: Any fines issued by police, other government officials or agencies, utility providers, and/or homeowner associations for violation of any law, ordinance, or rule during your stay, and any damages (which may exceed the amount of fines) that result from the violation. If any unauthorized download of copyrighted material via the Property’s Internet service occurs during the period of your stay, you agree that we may obtain and share your contact information with the internet service provider or any other party we believe, for any reason, has enforcement rights. LIABILITY: Guests agree the owner shall not be liable for any damages or injury to guest, guest’s family, guests, agents, or employees while in our home. Guest is responsible for any lost items in the home and repair of any damage to the home caused by guest, guest’s family, guests, agents, or employees and agrees to replace such loss and or repair such damage at guest’s expense. Guest agrees to indemnify and save harmless Owner from any & all costs, expenses, legal proceedings, attorney fees, suits, claims or demands whether from loss of life, damage to the property, or injury to the Guest, guest’s agent, family, or guest entering the property of every kind and nature.
