This home is extremely family friendly and perfect for kids! The space We're back! We took a little break to host traveling medical professionals and are now thrilled to be back hosting here! Allow yourselves to feel pampered as you stay in this home that has been designed with your every comfort and convenience in mind. You will find a fully equipped kitchen ready for all of your cooking needs. The bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo and conditioner, body wash and additional items you may have forgotten to pack, such as toothbrush, toothpaste, Q-tips etc. If you need something specific, please let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate. Enjoy our comfy beds, soft towels, morning coffee supplies, free range organic eggs, and plenty of room to relax and unwind. Plan on spending some time in the tranquil backyard complete with rose garden, grape arbor and seasonal vegetable and flower gardens while listening to the windchimes and perhaps wandering up to lay in the hammock. Your kids will have plenty to keep them busy in the back yard with plenty of room to run around as well! Join the walkers that love this area for some exercise and fresh air. Keep your little ones entertained and cared for with our kid corner treasure trove: kid’s books and games, high chair, kid plates and utensils and playpen. Although you are moments away from freeway access as well as downtown Atascadero, you will feel like you’re in the country at The Welcome Inn! Atascadero provides that small town feel with plenty to do right in town. Atascadero offers breweries, cider houses, wine tasting, movie theatre, zoo, mini golf, hiking trails, and restaurants. There is also plenty to discover literally all around you! The Central Coast has become famous for its wineries, which are a ten minute drive in and around Paso Robles to the north. If you feel like heading to the beach, Morro Bay is a mere 20 minutes away to the west. The sweet town of San Luis Obispo (voted America’s happiest city) is 15 minutes to the south. This property is perfect to come home to after all of your exploring. If you need a down day, it is quiet, comfy and perfect for simply relaxing at home. There is a total of three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, daybed, and TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a daybed with trundle, so that room will sleep a total of four people. In addition, there is a futon that can be easily converted to sleeping for one in the living room. There is a desk on request in the master bedroom. There is plenty of driveway parking with access to a two car garage that enters directly into the house. Out of respect for our neighbors, a quiet time of 10:00 pm will be expected. This is definitely not a party house and there is no smoking of any kind allowed on the property. We want you to feel safe, confident and cared for in our home. We properly disinfect all surfaces between guests and always wash all bed linens and towels with hot water and bleach. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire 3 bedroom, 2 bath home and yard. The number of guests staying must be the same as the number of guests approved with the reservation. There is a large screen tv in the living room and a smaller tv in two of the bedrooms. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with a beverage, book, or bbq! There’s also a space outside dedicated to game fun! Basketball, and cornhole are available to play. There are also board games and playing cards inside. If you plan on arriving after dark, I’m more than happy to leave an interior light on for you; just let me know! Other things to note We want you to leave our property feeling relaxed, refreshed, and happy that this was your home choice! Please note that the tenth guest will sleep on either a futon in the living room, or on a fold out mattress.
