Hyco Lake Get Away

This is a great quiet get away location at Hyco Lake located on the south end of the lake without a lot of boat traffic. The house has two main floor bedrooms and third bedroom downstairs with 3 full baths. Each main floor bedroom has a queen bed and downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. The Living and Dining room have windows facing the lake with doors that open up to a screened in deck with swing. There is a boat dock on the water available for your use. The space This is a great quiet get away location at Hyco Lake located on the southern end without a lot of boat traffic. The house has two main floor bedrooms and a third bedroom downstairs. Note the downstairs bedroom is only accessible from an outside door on lower porch as there is no staircase inside the house. The Kitchen, Dinning area and Living room are on the main floor. There are two pull out sofa beds in Living room. Each main floor bedroom has a queen bed and downstairs bedroom has two twin beds. The master bedroom has bathroom inside room. The second bathroom is in the hallway. The third bathroom is downstairs. The Living and Dining room have windows facing the lake with doors that open up to a screened in deck with swing. There is a concrete patio below the screen in deck where the gas grill is located. Due to the water being shallower on this end of the lake only fishing boats or jet-skis are allowed at the dock. The water is typically 3ft at the end of the dock. We have our boats on the lifts but there are cleats and bumpers if you need to tie up your boat during your stay. There are two Kayaks with paddles and life jackets available at the dock for your use. We also have fold out chairs down at the dock for your use. WiFi is available. Bed Linens and towels are provided. No cats are allowed and a maximum of one dog is allowed but must be crated if not supervised. The maximum number of adults for this property is 6 with a maximum total of 8 people.
