As such, we’re certain you will give the home the same care and attention you would your own residence. The home is not a hotel. The furnishings, dishes, electronics and other items are the personal belongings of the owner, chosen especially for this, their second home. In order to provide a safe and comfortable home for your stay, while also protecting the owner’s property, we ask that you abide by the policies and procedures. IMPORTANT: Some of our owners have installed outdoor cameras to protect their property at all times. Please be aware of this which could lead to a more safe, enjoyable stay for you the guest. Guest access There is no Self-Check In at any of our rental homes. For the safety of all concerned, guests must come to the rental office, in person with proof of Airbnb booking info, in Port O'Connor for the RENTAL ENVELOPE, MAP AND KEYS. Other things to note This rental is NOT PET FRIENDLY and unauthorized pets will make the renter liable for up to $500 in fees. Also NO SMOKING AND NO FIREWORKS PERMITTED ON THIS PROPERTY.
