Explore our island by bike, hike through marshes and ghosts, spend the day sporting activities or lounging on our child- and dog-friendly beach. To end an eventful day, they can best enjoy the most beautiful sunset in Germany. We are happy to welcome you as our guests. Welcome to their vacation home Strandherz! Renovated in 2022, the semi-detached starboard has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so it can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people and max. 2 dogs. Among the numerous highlights of this cozy and comfortably equipped house, we include, among other things, the tasteful furnishings, the large barrel sauna as well as the huge, fenced natural property with private terrace with barbecue facilities, beach chair, garden furniture, fireplace and the proximity to the beach (dog beach!) Kitchen is equipped with all utensils and kitchen appliances such as induction cooker, Senseo either pad or filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave, convection oven fridge/freezer combination, toaster and enough pots and bowls for cooking, frying and baking bowls. The living room on the ground floor has a smart TV, fireplace as well as board games and books. The master bedroom on the 1st floor has a 180x200 cm double bed and a desk just under the window. From the bedroom you have a wonderful view of the sea. In good visibility you can even see Sylt and Amrum! The 2nd bedroom can be adapted entirely to their needs by a special feature: They have either 2 single beds here or alternatively a double bed (160x200cm) with high-quality mattresses. So you can travel either as a family with 2 children or with a friendly couple! Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower with rainhower and floor heating. The bathroom on the 1st floor also has a towel rail radiator. In the basement you will find a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. On the over 5200 m2 of shared fenced property, in addition to ample parking in the front garden, in the garden you will find a bicycle hut in the garden where you can charge your e-bikes, the large wood-burning barrel sauna with anteroom with space for 4 people, a swing for young and old and a few apple trees in the back of the garden. Of course, you are welcome to access here if the apples are ripe! The dog washing area and mooring in the terrace complete the extensive offer. Alternatively, you can of course rinse off your surfing gear or anything covered in sand at the washing place. The semi-detached house of Strandherz Steuerbord is located in the beautiful Utersum and is within walking distance of the beach, bakery and supermarket. Fiber optic internet is of course available. The leisure activities are all in the immediate vicinity of the property.
