Just off the great room is a covered deck with nice territorial views. The shared pool and hot tub are open from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend. The bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen murphy bed, twin over twin bunk bed, and a private deck. There's sleeping accommodations for up to 8. ** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swim and fitness center or the Nelson Farm Pool at this time due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee when renting this vacation home. There is parking for up to 2 vehicles in the general parking lot in front of the condo building.
