This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a luxury living, dining and kitchen area with an industrial feel designed and appointed with racing enthusiasts in mind. Step out onto the balcony for views of Ricochet, Little Bend and Buzzard Neck, some of my favorite corners on the 1.7 mile road course and turn to the left and check out the world class KartMoto go-kart track next door. Expect the glorious sound of internal combustion engines! Guest access Guests will receive a keycode prior to arrival to enter the Track House. This keycode is changed after every guest for your safety. Other things to note We love dogs! This is a dog friendly home. 2 dogs maximum with additional $50 fee for cleaning. Please kennel your dog/s if left alone. Absolutely no cats allowed due to owner allergy.
