You'll be steps away from the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast at this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. Southern Ecsta-Sea offers the perfect escape, comfortably sleeping 11. The well-equipped kitchen and dining area boast plenty of room for preparing breakfast, lunch and dinner. Outdoor living spaces include a balcony off the master bedroom, porches, and a private backyard pergola. There is also a backyard grill and multiple swings and chairs enabling you to enjoy the salty breeze. *Due to safety concerns, access to widow's peak balcony is not available. Carillon Beach offers a plethora of amenities including three pools, children's playground, basketball court, two tennis courts, and market street, which offers restaurants, shops and golf cart rental. Southern Ecsta-Sea is located just steps from one of the many beach walkovers in Carillon, as well as the Beach Club Pool. Southern Ecsta-Sea is managed by Florida Panhandle Property Management. Carillon Beach charges $35 per vehicle per stay for parking. Primary renter must be 25 years of age and remain on property for the duration of stay. Guest access Access instructions are provided in my welcome email approximately 1 week prior to check-in. If you booked within a week of check-in, I'll send that welcome information over just as quickly as I possibly can! Other things to note Signature of rental agreement required.
