Upstairs loft with fold-out West Elm couch (queen size). -Upstairs separate master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and outdoor balcony to look out at the park -Kitchen stocked with all the basics for preparing a family meal -Keurig coffee maker, drip coffee maker, tea kettle -Fully fenced yard -Separate remote controlled AC/heater mini-split unit in downstairs bedroom installed 1/2023 - Loft upstairs is large, bright and open with West Elm Marin sleeper sofa, TV, children's toys/books, some light exercise equipment -new dishwasher installed 1/2023 Guest access The entire house and enclosed yard are yours! The back fence opens to Redwood park/Chavez school and the side of the house is along the greenbelt path. This means there is only one direct neighbor to the house! Very quiet and private (other than at school drop-off and pick-up times!).
