Costa degli Dei is a villa considered among the most beautiful on the Amalfi coast for its location and for its large spaces. The space The villa is built on three levels that slope gently towards the sea. The villa has seven bedrooms, all with bathrooms and air conditioning and sea views. It has a large living room paved with the typical ceramics of the place, all hand-painted and is furnished with antique and modern furniture and is surrounded by a large terrace all furnished for outdoor living with lounges, sun loungers, tables, benches with a hand-painted back. Here you can eat meals outdoors (breakfast, lunch and dinner). It has a large porch overlooking the sea with a succession of many arches from which you can admire a view of incomparable beauty. It also has a 4000-meter park. Included in the price, the villa offers - the chef who prepares breakfast, lunch and dinner for guests, offering typical Neapolitan dishes and more. PLEASE NOTE: Guests are responsible for their own food expenses. - the maid who cleans the house and the gardener who takes care of everything outside. The entire staff lives in the villa and is at your disposal. The pool water is changed: Wednesdays and Saturdays. We offer linen changes twice a week: Wednesday and Saturday The swimming pool: is open from May 1, 2025 to September 30, 2025. The rest of the year the pool is not usable. EXTRA COSTS: - Guests are responsible for their own food shopping, which can be done directly by the guests or by a service attendant, at a cost of €50.00. Those wishing to use this service are kindly requested to send a shopping list several days before their arrival, in order to allow for advance purchase. It should be noted that there is only one small convenience store in Praiano, which may not have all the required products. - Electricity is charged to guests, each kWh costs 38 cents. The meter is read both on arrival and departure of the guests and only the kilowatts consumed will be paid. - You can also add beds at a cost of €100 per night. A security deposit of €1000 will be collected in cash upon arrival and will be refunded in cash on the day of check-out. Walking along a short avenue bordered both on the right and on the left by a prelude of flowers and rich Mediterranean vegetation, you arrive at the entrance where there is a large terrace, also furnished for outdoor living.
