The Pecan Place on Drexel is 100% contactless self check-in property. Once you complete the booking we will send you the door code so you can check-in at your convenience anytime after 4pm. If you need an earlier check in time send us a message and we will do our best to accommodate you. Note we charge $25 for early check in due to the rush on our cleaning staff. Charming Pecan Place is a 2 bedroom one bath and an upstairs loft. This craftsman home is located near Downtown Oklahoma City, Midtown, Paseo, The Plaza district, the Fairgrounds and so much more! The kitchen has been completely remodeled with quartz countertops and penny round backsplash and a farm sink. It is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook a meal: dishes, coffee maker, silverware, knives set, spatulas, baking sheets, pots/pans, wine opener, etc. This home is 1100 sq ft. and features hardwood floors throughout. There are two very comfortable private bedrooms with queen size beds and seating with closets. Upstairs is the loft area with 2 twin beds and a TV. This home sleeps 6 guests comfortably. The house is equipped with high speed WIFI internet which makes it perfect for all guests especially business travelers who require fast internet! There are 2 TV's in the home. One in the living room, perfect for sending kids or lounging and watching a movie! there is also a TV in one bedroom. The bathroom has a vanity with tub/shower. There is a one car garage with garage door opener that guests are welcome to use. The laundry room is spacious and has speed queen washer and dryer as well as space for hanging and folding clean laundry. Note: We require a credit card on file for incidentals / security deposit for all bookings at our property. We place a credit hold of $150, 48 hours before your arrival and the deposit is fully refunded within 24 hours of departure as long as our house rules are observed and there is no damage to the property.
