The main entrance to the condo is from the deck which opens into the beautiful living space on the main living level. Another entrance leads to the basement ski room and is ideal for getting right onto the ski slopes that are outside the front door. This listing is for the 3 levels of the condo which includes 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, a game room, a kitchenette, laundry, and an attached ski room. If you are looking for a smaller space, you can book the single one-bedroom/one-bathroom suite separately. The main entrance of the condo is through a private deck that includes a spacious sitting area fitted with a picnic table for you to enjoy the delicious food you make on the brand-new Weber gas grill provided on the deck. Enter through the newly installed sliding glass doors into the main living area and relax in the living room in front of the elegant wood-burning fireplace. Or watch your favorite shows on the 55 inches curved Samsung television in the top bedroom. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the dining area while gazing through the window at the spectacular views of the skiers, the gondola, and the ski area footsteps away!. If you prefer to make your own food, the home includes a brand new, fully functional, and complete kitchen with 100% new stainless steel appliances and granite counters with full granite backsplash. As you end your adventures of the day, your party can enjoy sleeping in any of the 3 bedrooms each of which comes with full bathrooms. * Bedroom One - Level 1* The master bedroom is accessible through the living room and is located on the 1st level. This generous room has a new king-size Kirkland Signature Series Plush bed with luxury hotel sheets and bedding. Like the rest of the house, this room was also fully renovated in 2021, with classic grey paint, restoration hardware sconces and overhead lighting, new carpeting, a desk, blackout blinds when opened allow the sunlight to pour in, and a view of a mountain stream and Mountain Washington through the trees. * Bedroom Two - Level 2 Loft * The second bedroom is on the upper level and features twin bunk bedrooms (4 beds), all new mattresses, and a full-size futon sleeper so a total of 5 people or children can sleep in this room. Like the rest of the house, this room also features central heat and air, temperature control, new carpet, new paint, a brand new bathroom, and a lovely, bright skylight. Because this bedroom is on the upper level and has a full bathroom, it is the perfect space for easily separating the kids when the adults want to stay up later and hang out. A lot of thought has gone into making this home comfortable for our guests. Whether you are here for a weekend getaway, a longer vacation, or skiing on the famous slopes of New Hampshire’s largest ski resort, Bretton Woods, we know that you will need some time to kick back and relax. Down the stairs from the main level, you will find a finished basement with steel beam construction that features a large and spacious game room with a large sleeper couch, 55-inch curved flat-screen television, a ping pong table, and a Brunswick slate pool table. Imagine watching sporting events or your favorite movies on the huge flatscreen TV while you relax after a day of adventures! Missing your gym? You don’t have to. We have provided dumbbells from 10-60 pounds on-site and a Rogue flat bench for you to keep up with your daily reps. This lower level is a fabulous family game room where our family has enjoyed everything from billiards to ping pong to watching movies! We hope your family has as much fun as we do! Another great feature of this area is the ski room: You can ski from the trail to the basement entrance to enter and exit this space. Since the condo is a true ski-in/out location, you can just put on your skis and trudge out the door and onto the slope. The entrance uses rubber matting so snow in this room isn't an issue, custom ski racks, benches to get your boots on, plenty of hooks and shelves for all your gear, and an awesome boot and glove dryer, so you can have a warm welcome home on your return. This area also includes a bathroom and a newly installed full laundry room. We take great pride in maintaining our home and have made every effort to make it as enjoyable and relaxing for you as we would for ourselves. Our Forest Cottage is newly upgraded with all the amenities that you might need in your home away from home. Amenities include guest wifi, ski locker, foyer with refrigerator, washer & dryer, microwave, coffee maker, linen and towels, benches, hooks, full bath, brand new carpet, new classic grey paint, plush king-size bed, Pottery Barn headboard, private balcony, brand new television, bedside sconces for reading, new light fixtures & black matte hardware. You can also use the corn hole boards for a bit of fun in the outdoor space. We would love to welcome you to enjoy the quintessential charm of a White Mountain New Hampshire mountain town in this Bretton Woods condo where you can participate in multiple activities and are only minutes away from most amenities. Please remember, No smoking Cannabis or tobacco or Vaping in the home. $250.00 dollar fee will be charged if cannabis or tobacco smoke is present in the condo. Large parking lot. *Getting There* The address of the Studio Suite is 127 Forest Lane #32B, Bretton Woods, NH 03575. From 93N, take exit 35 (Rtae 3, Twin Mountain). Follow Rte 3 and US-302 for approximately 14 miles to Bretton Woods Ski Resort. Drive STRAIGHT .25 mile. Not your first right, Not your 2nd right (do not enter sign) but your 3rd right BEFORE the Forest Lane street sign into 127 Forest Lane. See Pictures, it's easy to drive past the entrance to the driveway. There is a gate and signs which say private parking and No Access to Ski Resort. Located 1/2 mile from The Mount Washington Hotel. *Taking Care of Trash* Trash and recycling bags can be placed in the association dumpster located behind the former (now closed) recreational center. Directions to the dumpster: Enter Bretton Woods, take first RIGHT follow the signs to the dumpster (behind the tennis courts but enters from the opposite side). From your Studio-Suite, LEFT towards the entrance of Bretton Woods and Route 302, LEFT towards the tennis courts, past the tennis courts, RIGHT behind the building. Other things to note * Check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 10:30 AM. Please send us a message to ask about early check in or late check out. * The owner will provide you with the wifi login information. The TV is pre-loaded with amazon prime and Netflix. Bring your passwords. * There is a thermostat in the room you can control for heat and AC. * Ski boots are never to be worn inside. Please remove boots and shoes outside and place them on the boot mat to protect the brand new carpet & floors. Upon check out, please remove & dispose of all open food from the refrigerator (unless left by the owner). It is fine to leave unopened food or beverages. * Trash and recycling bags can be placed in the dumpster located behind the closed building located to the left (facing route 302) of the Bretton Woods entrance. Please follow the signs to the condominium rubbish disposal area. * Please do not smoke inside the condo.A 250.00 dollar fine will be charged if cannabis or tobacco smoke is present in the condo.
