ACCOMMODATION DETAILS: Spread over three levels, this comfortable kiwi holiday home is a great spot to use while exploring all that wonderful Queenstown has to offer. This easy-access home sleeps six in three bedrooms (one super-size), two bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with ample seating and room to enjoy a comforting family retreat. Carefully located heating units provide a relaxing environment throughout, and the expansive views of spectacular scenery will make your stay a memorable experience. Buses to the ski-fields leaves from a hotel just down the road in-season. The large windows let in lots of natural light - they capture the spectacular alpine views, the furnishings in this home have been selected with the holidaymaker in mind. An open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area are framed by an expansive window with views straight out of a postcard. Enjoy that perfect Kiwi holiday with a BBQ at the picnic table outside. Nothing beats alfresco dining in the sun. Indulge in a movie on the smart TV. Off-street parking for 2 vehicles allows very convenient access and makes this a great spot to set yourselves up to enjoy everything that the Queenstown Lakes area has to offer. BEDROOMS: Split King beds allow for flexible bedding configurations, whether you’re holidaying as a group or a family: Bedroom 1: 2 Singles Bedroom 2: 1 King (can be made into 2 singles on request) Master Bedroom 3: 1 King (can be made into 2 singles on request) The house has a water softening unit system installed due to the hardness of the local water supply. The system has been installed in the whole-of-house filtering and softening process and we hope our guests will find the softened water enjoyable, as we do. You'll also find a washing machine and a dryer for feeling like home. Guest access We aim to provide you with everything you need for the perfect stay before you arrive. We live local and we're always happy to help! Other things to note Fernhill (as the name suggests) is a hilly suburb. The house is located up a beautiful scenic road. This a comfortable kiwi holiday home split over 3 levels. Please note if you require any of the other king beds to be made into two singles, please let us know when you make your booking. There is a cost of $40 to arrange the bed splitting into two singles. The Air Conditioning is located in the Kitchen/ Dinning area and in the hallway. The bedrooms do not have Air Conditioning.
