This beautiful apartment is right on DePasquale Plaza in the heart of Federal Hill, Providence’s Little Italy. Enjoy beautiful granite countertops, central air, an oversized smart tv, high speed internet, comfy beds, and a fully equipped kitchen, all with amazing views of the Statehouse and DePasquale Fountain. It is across the plaza from the landmark Italian market, Venda Ravioli, where you can enjoy cappuccino, sandwiches, cannoli, gelato as well as their restaurant & bar! 1 pet allowed. The space This entire apartment is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. It has central air conditioning, two separate bedrooms on the upper level, one with a queen size bed, and one with full and twin sized bunk beds, a beautiful bathroom with an oversized, tiled shower, a fully equipped kitchen and a very comfortable living room with a sofa, 2 reclining chairs and smart tv! During the summer months, there is live music on the plaza. It is super fun and the music is great, but it does get loud for a few hours at night. Parking: There is a private parking lot across the street from the apartment building where you can park your car. The lot address is 81 DePasquale Ave. and is next door to the Santander Bank parking lot. If you prefer, you can pull your car up to Venda Bar and leave your car with the valet. Let the service know you are checking into Diane’s apartment, have them park your car and return your keys to you. Valet parking is free. Please text or message me if you have any problems at all.
