Evenings are made for gathering indoors - the glow of a wood-burning fireplace, a game in progress downstairs, and time spent together after a day outdoors. This lakeside retreat is set up for connection, comfort, and easy group living in every season. The home The entire home is yours, offering space for up to 12 guests across four bedrooms. Two separate living rooms give your group room to spread out, each with a TV and a wood-burning fireplace for cozy winter nights. Central heating and ceiling fans help keep the temperature comfortable year-round, and WiFi is available throughout the house. Sleeping arrangements Four bedrooms are set up to accommodate groups and families, with beds arranged to sleep up to 12 guests. Bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided, along with in-unit laundry for longer stays. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is designed for shared meals and relaxed mornings, with a full cooking space and a large dining table where everyone can sit together. Whether you’re preparing a big dinner or enjoying a slow breakfast before heading out, the layout makes it easy to gather. Indoor fun and relaxation The game room is a favorite winter hangout, featuring a pool table and ping pong table for friendly competition. A Google Max sound system adds to the atmosphere, whether you’re playing music or setting the tone for a quiet evening in. After a full day, the private hot tub is available year-round and open 24 hours, offering a warm soak under the cold Pocono sky. Outdoor spaces The property includes a private backyard with a fire pit and outdoor seating. While winter weather may limit outdoor dining, the space is still perfect for crisp evenings by the fire or enjoying the forest setting between snowfalls. Community amenities and location Located in a lakeside community, guests have shared access to a nearby beach and lake, along with a shared indoor heated pool that’s available year-round during set hours. Lake access and water activities may require an additional community fee. A kayak is available for guest use when conditions allow. This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required! Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights. Please Park all vehicles in driveway as street parking is not allowed and will result in a $200 fine.
