This protection is purchased in lieu of a security deposit. No security deposit required! Accidents and damage can happen, you are protected under Waivo protection plan. Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. Any violation of this rule will result in a fine ($1000) , eviction, and forfeiture of remaining nights.
