Located just a short walk to the 34 Degree North restaurant and Beaufort Hotel, "South ACK" is just minutes to the popular Beaufort waterfront. This condo features a huge covered front porch, one assigned parking spot with plenty of other spots available, water views, and a place to park and charge a golf cart. Inside you will find an open floor plan, hardwood floors in main living area, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances and a well equipped kitchen. Both bedrooms on main floor feature king size beds, master has a private in room full bath, and second bedroom has a full bath in the hall. There is a large loft upstairs with a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa. Use this room for sleeping, games, media room, or recreation spot. Sleeps a total of 6 in beds, and 8 with the sleeper sofa pulled out. Bring your own golf cart-the unit does not come with one. There are plenty of places to rent one in town! Electric car charging is right across the street. (Some of the reviews discuss using the hotel pool, unfortunately this amenity is no longer available).
