Our magical, private OCEANFRONT home is the CLOSEST house to the Atlantic Ocean on Amelia Island. Our 3 bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 guests. The beautifully renovated completely stocked bathroom is spacious. There is a private spacious hot/cold shower on the lower deck as well! Our kitchen is perfect. We have added 3 bikes! Located on the wonderfully quiet and pristine Amelia Island and steps from the ocean, when you visit our home for a week, you may find yourself wanting to stay a month. The space Oceanfront Home, so close you can touch the water!! Our 1924 luxuriously appointed and professionally decorated beach house has all living accommodations on one floor and our lower beach level deck features a large, private hot and cold shower, Adirondack chairs, hammock and lots of space for breezy lounging. The three bedrooms comfortably sleep six and we are so excited about the new soaking tub and spacious/ gorgeous new walk-in shower in our beautifully renovated completely stocked bathroom. Our dining room and sun porch invite meals and lounging with ocean views through the panoramic windows. The kitchen offers you all you need for in home meal preparation and the living room is super comfortable. The house has ocean views all over because the ocean is in the back yard , located on the wonderfully quiet and pristine Amelia Island. Everything is provided from linens and bath towels, beach towels and chairs; plus so much more. Visit our home for a week and you may find yourself wanting to stay a month. Beaching Amenities - located on the lower deck of the house. The beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella AND NOW 3 bikes!!! are located in the new closet next to the shower room. There is also a chest full of beach toys located next to the closet on this level. This lower deck has a hammock and Adirondack chairs for cooling down and breezy lounging. The shower on this lower level is private and very spacious. Guest access Parking allows 2 cars in the front of the house. Other things to note Everything is at your finger tips; restaurants, shops, activities, and so many other items it would tough to list.
