Guest access The area is typically accessed by private vehicles. This is a great area for RVs Trailers, Boats, etc. You may see golf carts cruising around the neighborhood. Check local laws regarding road use of licensed/unlicensed vehicle use. Fun area to ride bikes, electric bikes and nearby desert areas for motorcycles/ATV's. Big lot great for parking as well as some street parking if needed. Request ahead for EV charging with your 110 power charger! Other things to note Nice residential neighborhood is well kept with good neighbors. Please respect neighbors quiet time and privacy. Best practice is to start quiet time outside by 8-9 pm.
