Welcome to our Mamie Cocotte cottage, the perfect home base to explore the beautiful Côtes d’Armor region. Located just 5 km from the sea, close to amenities and many points of interest, this charming and fully renovated accommodation (2022) offers both comfort and practicality. With a surface area of approximately 65 m², it can host up to 4 guests (children and babies included) The space Ground floor: a cozy living/dining area with a wood stove, a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with WC. First floor: a bathroom with WC and a spacious bedroom with two sleeping areas separated by a partition and Japanese panels: Main sleeping area: a king-size bed (180×200 cm), which can be converted into 2 single beds (90×200 cm). Second sleeping area or boudoir: 2 single beds (80×200 cm), which can be combined into a double bed (160×200 cm). Our beds are fully adaptable to your needs (4 single beds, 2 double beds, or a mix). Outdoor amenities: a private terrace, garden, parking space, garden furniture, deck chairs, loungers, and a barbecue.
