One of my favorite features about this beautiful home is the second family room area in the upstairs of this home as it provides a 2nd space for either kids to have their own space or a great place to relax on the large sectional and watch a movie while enjoying the ambiance of the gas fireplace. This upstairs family room has fun family games to play from Chess on the chess table, Yahtzee, cards, Monopoly, Guess Who, Candy Land, Blank Slate and others. There is also a mini split heater and air conditioning system located in this upstairs family room to keep you cool in the summers and warm and cozy in the winters.
