The residence, surrounded by the fragrant oleanders from which it takes its name, is built on a hillside immersed in the Mediterranean scrub and represents a real oasis of tranquility and well-being. Bars, restaurants, tobacconists and markets are about 1.5 km away; therefore the use of a car is recommended. The structure has 21 apartments elegantly finished with the typical furnishings of the Costa Smeralda, with decapé and wrought iron details. The apartments can be on the first floor with a balcony overlooking the sea or garden or on the ground floor with a patio.
