Guests will enjoy a villa in a green setting in downtown Geneva. Ideal for travelers, families, groups of up to 6 people. Baby bed available. You will be close to shops, public transport and parks. The lake and beach are 6 minutes away. You can hike and ski in both the Jura and the Alps. Nearest station 16 km away. The space The entire villa is reserved for a single group of travelers. So you'll be alone in the villa, which will be all yours. Your independence and privacy are guaranteed. Parking available: 5-6 free outdoor spaces in private driveway. Access to the Charles-Martin promenade via the Chemin de la Petite-Boissière. The villa is at the bottom of a cul-de-sac with no traffic. Fiber Wi-Fi included in the price. The ultra-fast speed is 10 GB/s up and down, provided by a box from the Salt access provider. The Parc du Cénacle located just above the house offers benches for reading or napping according to your inclinations. As soon as you enter the park, the calm contrasts with the hustle and bustle of central Geneva. Guest access The entire house is accessible for guests. This therefore includes: - 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 IKEA Hemnes single sofa bed, convertible into a double bed) - a large living room with table for 6 people (extendable by extension) and 1 bench seat 1.40 m wide - a double kitchen (dining area + equipped kitchen) - a bathroom with a bathtub and shower - a separate toilet - an entrance hall with fiber optic wi-fi box (10 Gb/s) - a terrace overlooking the garden - Access to part of the basement: cellar + laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. The house can therefore accommodate up to 8 people in 4 rooms if some are couples. However, I indicate 6 people for reasons of privacy on the basis of a couple and 4 single people. For babies, I offer a 120 x 60 bed with high and low position, and a high chair. An interior door separates the entrance hall from the front door of the house for added security. Some games are available for the kids. The 120 x 60 child bed includes fitted sheets, mattress protector, duvet and duvet cover 110 x 125, and pillow 35 x 55. As explained in the "Traveler Resources" (but visible only after booking), the kitchen includes a breakfast kitchenette, with a table and 6 chairs. A small cupboard provides everything for breakfast (coffee, muesli, tea, sugar...). You have a Delonghi Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, long Bosch toaster, one-liter kettle, tea pot and Braun juicer. The equipped kitchen allows you to cook and has the necessary equipment (dishwasher, oven, ceramic stove, microwave, refrigerator with small freezer...). A large cupboard in the kitchen provides plates, cutlery, pots and pans, and all small kitchen utensils. Basic food is also provided (oil, vinegar, spices, rice and pasta). Liquid soap, dishwashing liquid and various detergents are provided. For the bathroom, shower cream, shampoo and liquid soap are provided. For the toilet, toilet paper is provided. Other things to note There is no car passage in front of the villa which is at the end of a cul-de-sac. The Charles-Martin promenade is pedestrianized and only a short 50-meter path allows car access to the 4 villas accessible by car. The private driveway to my villa allows free parking for several cars. Access by car is only via Chemin de la Petite-Boissière. For guests arriving late or on Sundays, a Migrolino grocery store (Migros group) is located at Eaux-Vives station, 250 meters from the villa. This store is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily, including Sundays.
