Your own private heated pool, Table Tennis, Snooker/Billiards, Air Hockey, Table Football, Darts all in a pretty, secluded, private garden with stunning country walks all around. The space There are five spacious bedrooms, one with ensuite and four that are served by two further shower rooms. 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor and 2 are on the first floor. There is also a further downstairs toilet. A spacious kitchen leads to a large living-dining room. Outside, you get a part-open table tennis space, a dining terrace and, of course, an entirely private 8x4m, 1.5m deep, heated swimming pool for your exclusive use. You will also find a myriad of garden games from giant Jenga and draughts to croquet. Guest access Guests have the entire house for their exclusive use. Other things to note There are three levels on the ground floor. One step up from the games room to the kitchen, then 5 steps from the kitchen to the living/dining room. You will need a car as the cottage is in a rural area. However, Aubeterre with many bars and restaurants is only 8 mins by car.
