Please note that city regulations prohibit more than 8 people overnight in the unit at any given time. Over-occupancy may result in eviction. 🚗 Parking Enjoy the convenience of two permitted parking spots out front during your stay. Please note that due to our proximity to Colorado College, additional paid parking options are available nearby. 🎉 Gatherings While we want you to have a wonderful time in Colorado Springs, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors by adhering to our strict No Party policy. 🌙 Quiet Hours To ensure a peaceful atmosphere for all guests, quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the behavior of all individuals in their party. 🚭 Smoking For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A minimum $300 penalty fee will be assessed for smoking violations during your stay. 👤 Minimum Age Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present at check-in. By booking your reservation, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present throughout the duration of the stay. Guest access We will message you your unique code to enter into the door on the morning of your arrival! This code will only work during the duration of your stay for your safety and the safety of our cleaners. 🔑 CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 4pm and check-out time is prior to or at 10am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability. Additional fees may apply. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. 🔑 SECURITY: For security, there are cameras on the exterior/outside of the building. Rest assured, there are no recording devices inside the house. 🐕 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved).
