Guests are responsible for the behavior of all individuals in their party. 🚭 Smoking For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the unit. A minimum $300 penalty fee will be assessed for smoking violations during your stay. 👤 Minimum Age Guests named on the reservation must be at least 18 years old and present at check-in. By booking your reservation, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. The name on the reservation must be present throughout the duration of the stay. Guest access 🏡 Property Access: You will have full private access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, the kitchen, and living areas. 🔑 Check-In: Your unique entry code will appear in your digital guidebook on the morning of your arrival. 📱 Digital Guest Guidebook: Includes your unique door lock code, check-in and check-out times, how-to guides for house amenities, and local recommendations. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: To ensure that we have enough time to prepare for future guests, we ask that you please message us ahead of time for pricing regarding guaranteed early check-ins or late check-outs. These additional fees are necessary to cover the expenses of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner to the schedule to accommodate your request. 🔑 SECURITY: For security, there are cameras on the exterior/outside of the building. Rest assured, there are no recording devices inside the house. 🐕 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved).
