THE ROOMS: Inside, the villa welcomes guests with bright and thoughtful environments: • 4 double bedrooms , each with air conditioning and its own bathroom.; (on the first floor 2 double bedrooms (190x170) and 1 bedroom with a one and a half square bed (190x140), while the fourth double bedroom (190x160) with air conditioning and its bathroom is on the second floor adjacent to a wonderful living room of over 100 m) THE BATHROOMS: • 5 modern and refined bathrooms, equipped with quality finishes; LIVING AREA: • Elegant and spacious ground floor living area, with large openings that bring light and greenery directly inside the house and overlooks a large terrace equipped with Gazebo; • Fully equipped kitchen, ideal for family dinners or private chefs upon request. THE POOL: The real heart of the property is outside: a large panoramic garden that embraces the house, dotted with olive trees and plants. (Pool size The pool is 6.30 m long, 4.90 m wide, 1.40 m deep at the top and 1.60 m at the bottom) Next to the pool is an outdoor shower, comfortable and modern, perfect after a dip or to cool off in the hottest hours. The pool is heated but in not summer periods so the months of April, May, October the temperature is about 4/5 degrees higher than the outdoor one. POOL CLOSED FROM NOVEMBER 1 TO MARCH 31 HOW TO GET TO THE VILLA:: (VERY IMPORTANT) Villa degli Ulivi Recco can be reached from the main road that goes from Recco to Rapallo, via a private road that goes uphill for about 80/100 meters. You enter a small square (Piazzale Cile) at the bottom, and from there, you go uphill for about 100 meters. After the main gate you arrive at a non-planned elbow curve that with medium-sized machines does not pose any problems. (See photos under Additional Photos). I recommend using or renting cars that are not too big, not only because Liguria has narrow roads, but also so as not to risk having difficulty reaching the Villa. I would say that normal or medium-sized cars (mini SUVs) such as BMW X1/2, Peugeot 308/50.
