Blackout curtains on all windows! This newly remodeled and tastefully furnished home is the PERFECT getaway!! It sits just North of Highway 60, minutes away, located in the heart of Superstition Springs, right on the Arizona Golf Resort in Mesa. Every type of restaurant and store nearby, downtown Gilbert, San Tan Village, and you are surrounded by the Superstition Mountains for outdoor activities and hiking. This 3 bedroom, 2 full bath, 2,400 square foot home, sitting on just over ¼ acre, is perfect for hosting guests, entertaining friends, or reuniting with loved ones. The white, gray, and teal accents throughout offer the perfect touch, offering a relaxing, contemporary meets modern and comfortable feel! There is an extra bed in a communal area, in the Arizona Room, to accommodate up to 2 more guests!  Please enjoy a friendly game of cards, pick out a board game or dominos, enjoy a game of outdoor darts, cornhole, skee-ball cornhole, or take a dip in the SEASONAL (CANNOT BE HEATED) pool, or relax in the private and secluded hot tub with lots of bubbles and an LED waterfall!  Enjoy the 75' inch LED Smart TV in the living space. Help yourself to a gourmet kitchen, supplied with everything you may need, including spices and oils to the left of the stove. In the evening, make an experience out of watching a movie with some popcorn on the giant 100” projector screen or the smart tv out back! Keep the TV covered during golf hours, please. Take a load off and relax out back in the fully enclosed private backyard equipped with a pool, hot tub, two propane fire pits, propane gas BBQ grill, darts, cornhole and skee-ball cornhole. There are an abundance of solar lights strung up all along the perimeter of the backyard, pool, around the trees and palms and all around the backyard - which makes for an amazing and breathtaking light show out back at sunset! This time of day is truly magical! Inside the house features an open style floor plan with a GIANT great room consisting of a beautiful kitchen with a giant 11 foot waterfall island, dining area to comfortably seat 8, living room with a giant,  exceedingly comfortable couch, with foot rests for all, a ceiling fan in each bedroom and living space and an Arizona, room split into a dedicated office space and pull out couch to accommodate two more guests and all of your outdoor needs at the slider! This home is furnished with a Master Bedroom located on the opposite side of the house from the guest rooms and bath. The 2 guest bedrooms are equipped with a bed in each, and one of the guest rooms has a 2nd office space (there’s another in the Arizona room). The Master Bedroom, with a king-sized large flat screen, an ensuite master bath, with a beautiful large standup shower and wardrobe. Each room has dressers and a wardrobe space. Guests will have complete access to the in-unit washer & dryer located in the laundry room. This home is all yours!!! All guests and vacationers will have complete access to the rental property. All we ask is that you please keep out of the Owner's Master Closet, pantry and garage. There is keyless entry to both front doors (security and main door) and a backup key lockbox on the front porch. Please put all keys back after check-out. Pretty quiet area with folks usually traveling from April to October out of AZ, so it tends to be pretty quiet during those months The golf course is almost always active, so fun to watch! The neighbors are amazing and super willing to help if you ever need anything, too! The SEASONAL pool (cannot be heated) but perfect from ~April to September, depending on weather. The hot tub needs ~24 hours to heat up, if you want to use it, just let me know, and I'll turn it on ahead of your stay to get it toasy! There is literally every kind of store, shopping, and cool spots all around this home, so you won't need to go far if you don't want to! If you want to explore further, there's the Superstition Mountains, Salt River, do a float, lakes, Downtown Phoenix, catch a Sun's game, a Cardinals game, San Tan Mall, Downtown Gilbert, Downtown Chandler or Downtown Mesa is super cute too! There's Lyft or Uber if you didn't drive here or get a rental, as well as a bus system off Southern Ave. You can get alcohol delivered by using the Drizzly App. Tons of Delivery for food: GrubHub, UberEats, Doordash, and Postmastes. You are on a golf resort, 16th hole, so be aware of golf balls, and please only use the outdoor TV BEFORE or AFTER golf hours. 🙏 Garbage pick up on Monday mornings. Recycle pick up on Thursday mornings. No parties, and please be respectful of neighbors, quiet time after 10pm. Please clean up before you check out. Pool is seasonal (cannot be heated), usually perfect between ~April through September, depending on weather.
