House of Roche-Uzès Hist Centre 'La Fenestrelle'

Located in the heart of the historic center of Uzès, in one of the most beautiful streets of the city, this historic 17th century stone building, completely renovated in 2020, offers views of the cobbled streets and rooftops of the 1st Duchy of France. This noble 100 m² duplex residence is one of those places where you like to take the time to sit down and admire the old stones. Inside, on two levels, modern comfort is linked with respect to the constructions of yesteryear. The space The "La Fenestrelle" accommodation of the Maison de Roche, formerly the private mansion of the former Consul of Uzès, historic townhouse in duplex without vis a vis a few steps from the famous Place aux Herbes, known for its Wednesday and Saturday morning market, composed of two double bedrooms, one with TV and access to streaming services, a dining room, a bathroom and shower, a large living room with smart TV, a modern equipped kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher), a washing machine, an internet connection via Wi-Fi and an open terrace on the rooftops of Uzès. A peaceful oasis to discover in the heart of the city! Air conditioning on the top floor, the other level, cooler being provided with fans. Possibility of adding an extra bed for an extra €15 per night. Possibility to rent an additional 42 m2 space in the same house if available to accommodate six people in total. In these times of the Covid-19 pandemic, a strict cleaning and disinfection protocol is applied between each stay. Guest access Your accommodation, on the second and third floors of the townhouse, will be accessible via the ground floor by a staircase and a corridor. The entire duplex is reserved for you as well as a 9 m2 terrace where you can dine outdoors, weather permitting, with spectacular views over the rooftops of Uzès.
