This lovely property features 3 Bedrooms in the main home, with 1.5 bathrooms, as well as a rear two story unit. The lower apartment has a king sized bed in an open floor plan with a full bathroom for your enjoyment. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot available. Large screen TV's in almost every room of the property will serve all of your TV watching needs. All TV's are smart and streaming cable along with local cable TV. Please Note: The loft area above the studio is rented out long term and is not included in the reservation. Guest access You will have access to all areas of the home including expansive parking up to 6 vehicles. Also huge side yard with plenty of room to play outdoor games. Other things to note **Pet policy**: 🐾 Please make sure to register your furry friend and pay the pet fee before check-in. 🐶 If this isn’t done, we may have to cancel your booking and ask you to leave without a refund. ❌ For more details, please check our pet policy. 📜 Excessive barking: 🐶 We kindly ask that you manage your dog’s barking.
