The space Our vacation home has been in my family since 1976. It has been renovated several times during its lifetime and is lovingly maintained. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have over the years. Guest access The entire home is accessible to guests except as follows: 1. Water Pump and Water Treatment System Room at Garage level remains locked and is not for Guest access. 2. Water Heater and Furnace Closet in First Floor Bedroom #4 remains locked and is not for Guest access. 3. Owners closet at Second Floor Hallway remains locked and is not for Guest access. Other things to note Bay View Park is a private community bordering Fenwick Island State Park which offers many fun outdoor activities. Discover the natural beauty of Assawoman Bay and Canal by kayak or SUP Board or boating the nearby Miller’s Creek and Assawoman wildlife refuge. Approximately 5 miles south is Ocean City, MD with one of the best boardwalks in the US! Enjoy rides, games, food, mini golf and family fun! For a quieter time drive a few miles north to the Bethany Beach downtown and boardwalk and enjoy its quaint shops, restaurants and many weekly activities on the boardwalk including family movie night, craft fairs and more. Tax free shopping awaits at the Tanger Factory Outlets in Rehoboth Beach. So much to do in this area, you'll want to stay more than a week.
