The 3rd bedroom is in a completely separate guest house accessed from either the front or back deck, w\private deck & second BBQ, The property has We have 3 security cameras, one mounted on the front of the house facing the dock, one mounted on the guesthouse facing the front door of the cottage and the final one mounted on a piling looking back at the house to watch the tidal changes. This last camera can be disabled during your stay. These cameras are used for security purposes only & do not impede on the enjoyment of private spaces in the home.
