Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed 2-bedroom townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland and the monorail entrance is only 1/2 miles away. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhome This comfortable 2-bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and access to a bathroom and shower. The kid's bedroom has a bunk bed (full over full) with close access to the hallway bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of the home. A washer and dryer are available downstairs inside the house. *15% - City of Anaheim Transient Occupancy Tax *There are ring cameras by the entrance and patio area. * Sensitive Neighbor, NO SMOKING is allowed inside and outside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Guest access A personalized key code is prepared for you after your reservation so that you can enter the property only during your reserved dates. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Other things to note According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar.
