Warm, stylish, and elegantly designed 2-bedroom townhouse directly across from Disneyland. A five minutes walk will take you to Disneyland and the monorail entrance is only 1/2 miles away. Sit poolside to watch the fireworks each evening. BBQ on your private patio. 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Townhome This comfortable 2-bedroom townhouse is larger than most others in the area. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed, a ceiling fan, and access to a bathroom and shower. The kid's bedroom has a bunk bed (full over full) with close access to the hallway bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences of the home. A washer and dryer are available downstairs inside the house. *15% - City of Anaheim Transient Occupancy Tax *There are ring cameras by the entrance and patio area. * Sensitive Neighbor, NO SMOKING is allowed inside and outside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Guest access A personalized key code is prepared for you after your reservation so that you can enter the property only during your reserved dates. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Other things to note According to Anaheim City STR Ordinance, guests are to sign a Reservation Agreement which will be sent in a separate email after the Reservation is accepted. The reservation Agreement includes check-in and check-out times, a check-out list, and other helpful information to make your visit more enjoyable. 1 complimentary parking (additional fee plus tax parking based on availability) Max Occupancy: 7 including children and infants - including daytime visitors **Please note, we do NOT advertise on (Craigs-list)** You should NEVER be requested to pay in other forms such as wiring funds or depositing into a bank account or cash. We are officially licensed by the City of Anaheim. Regulatory Permit Please see CITY REQUIREMENTS in the listing Description section above. City-mandated “quiet time” from 10 pm to 9 am. Outdoor facilities are off-limits during these times. Guests agree to comply with the city requirements or they will be subject to fines, civil actions, and or criminal prosecutions related to the violation. Min Stay: 3 nights Once we receive your reservation request, we will either accept or deny your reservation request within 24 hours. Some requests may be rejected due to a 2-night gap in our calendar. Min age 25. -Guests will need to fill out an electronic Rental Agreement after they book. -NO SMOKING is allowed inside and outside the home at any time. No tobacco, no vaping, and no marijuana or other drugs are ever allowed. Any evidence of smoking, marijuana, or drug use will result in an automatic $500 fine and loss of a security deposit.
