There is also the patio where there is some furniture and could be used as a space for dinner, there's also a service bathroom. 1st FLOOR: Here we have the same distribution as the ground floor but adding the master suite with its large balcony overlooking the street and the entrance to the bay which has a King size bed and a sofa bed that would make it a triple room. There is also the office in the back and a storage area. 2nd FLOOR: Let's say this level is the social area where the pool is, the terrace with its sofas, the breakfast and dinner area, a kitchen, another service bathroom and the display with the drinks. It is also the area where cocktails and Happy Hour are prepared! The house has internet on all 3 levels including the terrace and with the best speed available in Cuba 4 mbps, hot and cold water 24/7 among other benefits. In this area NORMALLY there are no scheduled power outages since the wiring is buried.
