The space Enjoy the open-plan kitchen and living area, that leads out to a private fully fenced outdoor living area where you can fire up the Weber BBQ and refresh yourself with a cold beverage after a day at the lake or take a well-deserved soak in the spa pool. The insulated internal garage has been thoughtfully turned into an additional haven for all to enjoy whether it be playing a game of pool, darts or foosball. This space can also be used as a fourth bedroom with a foldout couch and sandwich style double bed, or as secure storage for your bike or other valuables. Keen fisherman or fisher lady? This property has the perfect parking space for you to bring the boat and wash area to clean up your catch of the day. The nearest boat ramp in Acacia Bay is only a 6-minute drive away. Feel like getting some fresh air and a bite to eat, the Bay Bar & Brasserie is just a 30 minute 2.5km walk (3-minute drive) or bring your bike and make the most of the cycle lane along Acacia Bay Road. Also close by is the Nukuhau Shopping Centre (1.4kms) and Taupo's town Centre only a 5-minute drive away. We are a holiday home management company who uses professionally laundered linen and towels - included in your nightly rate. The bedding configuration is: Bedroom one (master with ensuite): 1 x King, Bedroom two: 1 x Queen, Bedroom three: 2 x King Singles (can be made up together upon request to make a Super King). Garage: 1 x Double Sofa Bed. 1 x sandwich double bed. If you require bedding for the sofa bed, sandwich bed or for beds to be made up together, you must let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. Guest access Entry is by digital door code. Self-entry instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival.
