La Rocque is a beautifully renovated 16th century farmhouse surrounded by gardens of three quarters of an acre. The lounge and living room are spacious, but cosy, with a large open fireplace and logs stacked high. A long dining table invites convivial candlelit meals. Each of the five bedrooms is unique and exquisitely decorated, complete with exposed beams, historic features, and local antiques. The light airy loft space can be used as a sixth bedroom or simply another place to relax. The space The living room has a large open fireplace and there is also a comfortable lounge with TV and wi-fi access. The kitchen and utility room are well-equipped and there is a games room with full-sized table tennis table. The loft room bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is a family bathroom on the first floor, alongside the other bedrooms. Outside, the gardens are great for relaxing, playing a game of boules or watching the sunset over a glass of wine. A 15 foot swimming pool is available seasonally, between July and September.
