Located just east of the bend on scenic 98 on one of Destin’s most desirable beaches, Quiet Surf ll is close to everything you’ll need- several restaurants are within walking distance, two outdoor malls are five minutes in either direction, golf courses abound and grocery stores are at either end of the short stretch that is scenic 98. This property has parking for 2 vehicles. There are several beach towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home. If you rent unit 5 and 6 you have the option of opening the adjoining interior door between the units. Advance notice required so doors can be unlocked. For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with external door cameras at front door, back door and common area under the home. We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25. Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing a trailer or RV. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.
