This beautifully restored 1930s bungalow is located within Tucson's historic Sam Hughes neighborhood. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of the University of Arizona campus as well as restaurants & bars like Bob Dobbs, Borderlands Brewing Co, and Tumerico. Tucson's eclectic 4th Avenue and downtown are reachable by a short car ride or one of the city's many bike paths. This home is perfect for anyone looking to experience all that Tucson has to offer! The space This recently restored 1930s home includes two bedrooms & one bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a king bed, and the other with a queen bed. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is stocked with all cooking supplies you need! A unique quality to Arizona homes is the addition of the "Arizona room". This room functions as an enclosed porch, perfect for drinking coffee in the morning, or enjoying a cocktail at night! There are many personal touches throughout the home, including custom made bedside tables and floating shelves in the kitchen. The backyard is equipped with a gas grill, Solo Stove, and patio furniture. It is an excellent space for enjoying Arizona sunsets! Guest access We provide a keyless experience for guests. You will be made aware of the door code prior to check-in. Although we don't live in the neighborhood, we are just a phone call away! Other things to note As native Tucsonans, we absolutely love the city. Tucson has so much to offer with hiking, art installations & dining options! Sam Hughes is our favorite neighborhood due to its walkability, proximity to the University and community feel. We currently bounce back and forth between our home base in Brooklyn, NY and to see our family in Tucson! **Please note, if you are inquiring about a booking over 30 days, the house will be cleaned every two weeks.
