The space This home is managed by Beach Boutique Rentals, a local Anna Maria Island vacation rental management company. This 3 bedroom/3 bath ground level canal home in Anna Maria is a hidden gem and walkable to all the best spots in Anna Maria! My mistress is a completely renovated and charming ground floor home in the heart of Anna Maria. With its amazing location on Magnolia Ave, this home is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants on Pine Avenue, the white sand Gulf beaches and more! Step through the double entry doors and you will be welcomed by the warm and inviting living room with plenty of comfortable seating. Cook up a great meal in the fully equipped kitchen or grill out on the patio. Dine indoors or out at the patio table for 6 with umbrella - the choice is yours. The living room is open to the beautiful dining room with table for 6-8 and French doors that open out to the amazing backyard! Venture out onto the amazing back patio where your dream vacation truly begins. The amazing pool and hot tub will make you feel as if you are in a private blue grotto. There is a gazebo, an expansive patio with chaise loungers and a dock overlooking the canal. Relax on the dock as the sun sets or try your hand at some fishing. My Mistress has a little something for everyone and is sure to please! *Please note the boat lift and any on-site watercraft is not for guest use. Additional boats may not be docked.* We are DOG FRIENDLY! When booking through Airbnb, a fee of $175 + tax is required in advance for each dog you are bringing. A portion of this fee covers Airbnb’s platform service costs. This home provides off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Other things to note We generally require a minimum stay during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you! Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Our cleaning fee includes a professional linen service. When you stay with us you can rest assured that you will have high quality linens such as those at a fine hotel. We also provide plenty of luxury bath and beach towels. A note about “hot tubs” and “spas” Please be aware that the advertised hot tub and/or spa is a section of pool that circulates water from the pool with relaxing jets and warm temperatures. This type of hot tub is powered by an electric heater and will usually reach temps in the high 90s or more, depending on the outside air temperature. Spas do not run continuously and may not achieve the high temps of a standalone or commercial hot tub. Spas do not heat automatically when not in use. To activate the spa and begin the heating process you must turn it on with the control panel and wait 30-45 minutes for the maximum temperature to be reached. The spa will turn off automatically but you can push the button again to reactivate it. As with all pool and spa heat, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. Beach Boutique is not responsible for failure of equipment due to such uncontrollable circumstances.
