Cove Mountain Cabin in Wears Valley is centrally located lux cabin with great value to save you major $$$. It is away from all the hustle and bustle, but close enough to pop in The space A property with mountain views in all directions. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with custom-built homes typically in an acre land. You can enjoy the view with no steep and winding roads to climb. Far away enough to enjoy peace and quiet but only 5 mins to Foothills Parkway; 5-10 mins to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park (GSMNP) via the Metcalf Bottom entrance - a well-known picnic area and a short nature trail; 10 mins to Townsend; 15 mins to Pigeon Forge; and 30 mins to Gatlinburg. Wears Valley is in the center of it all. A convenient location to everywhere. Cabin has space to spread around and has wrap-around decks to enjoy the majestic mountain views. It has a gathering space in the lower level and a game room and theater for kids and kids at heart to play and bond beside the main cabin. An infrared sauna and a hot tub is available to soak away the stress of the day. Free weights and yoga mats are available for those who want to keep their healthy habits even on vacation. Cove Mountain Cabin is ideal for family vacations, family reunions, family & friends getaways, and couples getaways. FEATURES that our guests have access to and can enjoy: -Theater room with 86 inches HDTV and 8 reclining chairs (same areas as game room) -Game room with Ping-pong table, Air Hockey Table, Arcade Basketball Game, and Retro Arcade Games. Pool table in main cabin. -Infrared Sauna (main lower level) and Hot tub that fits 6-7 people (outside in lower deck) -Fire pit with 2 groups of seating (rustic benches and Adirondack chairs) -Smart TVs in 4 bedrooms -BYO passwords (no TV in one of the bunk rooms) -Smart TV and a Fire Place in main cabin living room -Great WIFI connectivity: 1 Gbps and unlimited devices -Dedicated work space with printer, bookcase, work desk, chair and sitting area for one -Ample parking - 6 vehicles on premises + street parking. RVs are welcome. -Guests access to a beautiful outdoor pool + kiddie pool, a full service deli and grill (May-September) and a fishing pond (year round) through our membership to Honeysuckle resort. WHERE YOU WILL SLEEP The following sleeping arrangement will sleep up to max of 16 adults and kids that occupy all beds. Please read carefully and don't hesitate to reach me if you have any other questions. MAIN LEVEL: - Bedroom 1 has King Size Bed (Sleeps 2) UPSTAIRS: - Bedroom 2 has King Size Bed (Sleeps 2). DOWN STAIRS: - Bedroom 3 has King-Size Bed (sleeps 2) - Bedroom 4 has full bunk beds (sleeps 2-3) - Bedroom 5 has full bunk beds (sleeps 2-3) Guest access Guest has access to the whole house except to two owner's closets which we use for storage. Guests are welcome to use all the amenities provided in our cabin. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase personal and kitchen supplies for the duration of your stay. Bedroom and laundry: For our guests' convenience we offer the essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and towels at a limited supply. Please be aware of this and have an extra. If you run out of supplies during your stay, there is a nearby stores available (Dollar General, Kroger, Publix). Bed linens and bed sheets, pillows and blankets are also provided. There is a closet and dresser for clothing storage. Room-darkening blinds are available. Luggage rack are provided. Free washer and dryer in the unit (You have to buy your own laundry soap and softener). An iron and some hangers are provided. Bathroom: Bathtub, Jacuzzi Tubs x 2, Shower, Hot water, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body soap, Shower Gel, and Hair dryer are provided. Please note that we only supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, shampoo, paper towels, and trash bags. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay. ENTERTAINMENT Smart HDTV in the 4 bedrooms, living room and theater room is provided - please BYO passwords. There is a large game room with foosball table, air hockey table, ping-pong table, an arcade basketball game, and a variety of arcade games. There is a theater room with 8 reclining chairs to maximize comfort while watching movie on an 86 in HDTV. Plenty of soccer balls for those who want to enjoy the big backyard (summertime).
