Our Ocean Villa is on the third and fourth floors (the top) of Building E, at the quiet end of the Beach for your peace and solitude and also just steps to the marina. From this location, just a few steps to the Caribbean Sea, you have an unobstructed, panoramic view of the Sapphire Blue waters. The condo faces East allowing for amazing Trade Wind Breezes. If you like to open the doors and windows and hear the sounds of the ocean, this is the space for you! You will enjoy the boats coming in and out of the Marina morning and night, as they provide a perfect view while you enjoy your coffee, glass of wine or a tropical libation! It’s all so breathtaking that most guests don’t ever want to close the blinds on the glass doors! In the evening, the glistening golden hour sunlight dances across the sea, as the night lights of St. John begin to take over, providing a magnificent backdrop for the star filled night sky! 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐋𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐈𝐄𝐒: Each level has it’s own spacious balcony with seating and tables for dining al fresco! The dual balconies allow for everyone to have their own private spaces to enjoy the morning sunrises and amazing night skies! 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐀𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓: Sapphire Sunrise Villa has two floors, so our condo offers comfort and flexibility for couples or families. Both levels of this condo have Full Bathrooms with Showers and Hair Dryers. There are Sleeping and Living space on each level along with balconies furnished with Tables and Seating. A totally flexible space to use how you travel. You can use the King Bed and when 3 or more guests are booked the queen sleeper. Or for two guests, with an additional small laundry charge we can provided linens . 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐄𝐃𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌: For your sleeping comfort in the Top Floor Bedroom Suite we have a King size Bed upstairs, featuring a Simmons Beautyrest King Pillow Top. The bedroom also has a new 55" LG Smart TV with Apple TV for all your TV apps, plus built in apps and DVD/BlueRay player with dozens of movies. We also have a large desk, with unlimited 50 MB Fiber WiFi, so you can vacation while you remote work if needed. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌𝐒: Both bathrooms were recently renovated and updated with crisp white subway and herringbone tiled showers, new vanities, sinks and faucets and all the other amenities, including built in hairdryers! Upstairs has an extra spacious vanity, walk in shower with modern glass styling. Downstairs has a large double vanity with double sinks and walk-in herringbone tiled shower as well. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌: The main floor has a 55" Sony Smart TV with Premium Cable, Netflix App, a Sony Play Station 3 with Games for all ages, a DVD Player with a large selection of Movies and a Bose SoundTouch Music system. We also have a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for 2 guests. The main level has it’s own full bathroom and balcony as well. This allows for 2 guests upstairs and 2 guests downstairs. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒: We have three great spots to enjoy your meals! The main floor dining table offers a space for a more formal setting. The two balconies each offer a table and chairs for more intimate, ocean front dining, which is what most of our guests tend to use when they are not out enjoying all of the wonderful restaurants on St. Thomas and St. John! 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐊𝐈𝐓𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐍: The Full Kitchen is equipped with a large double door Refrigerator w/Ice Maker, silent Dishwasher, Glass Cooktop, Convection/Microwave Oven and Crock Pot. There's also a George Foreman Outdoor Electric Grill on the Balcony. We have all the applicants you need like coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and more! We have a most spectacular and famous white sand beach, boasting waters with colors you can’t even really describe. The sea grape trees provide natural sun protection throughout the day as you lounge in your resort beach chairs, provided for free and placed for you each day by our beach attendants. The inviting pool has 2 levels, with the sapphire blue and turquoise waters on both sides, so you can swim while staring at the mesmerizing ocean, making for some serious tranquility time! Our marina also offers all sorts of boat trips, sunset tours, snorkel trips, jet ski rentals, parasailing, jet boat rides, dinghy rental and of course FISHING trips! There’s also an on-site Taxi Stand where you can always catch a 3 minute ride to Red Hook for bars, restaurants, shops and the St. John Ferry. From “Sapphire Sunrise” you can be anywhere on the resort including the ocean, pool, marina activities, restaurants/bars, coffee and ice cream shop or taxi stand within 20 seconds to a 3 minute stroll, with all the peace this unit offers with no building to the south, just views of the boat filled marina and open ocean! The Beach Buzz Coffee Shop - Great coffee drinks, smoothies, breakfast sandwiches/bagels, snacks, sundries, bottled water and soda and an ice-cream counter! Paradise Pie - Our newly opened pizza cafe and bar on the beach! They offers amazing pizzas and a second oceanfront bar with views you won’t want to miss! SeaSalt, our five star dining over the ocean, with its Caribbean menu filled with local ingredients! Sudi’s Restaurant and Bar- Located next door, right up the little driveway hill by the Marina. Just a 3-4 minute stroll away. They have fantastically famous fish tacos (and shrimp too) along with burgers, pastas, pizzas, sandwiches, salads and more. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐄𝐂𝐇𝐍𝐎𝐋𝐎𝐆𝐘: We have provided 𝟓𝟎 𝐌𝐁 𝐅𝐈𝐁𝐄𝐑 internet service because our guests love to share photos of their “Sapphire Sunrise” experience with their friends and family. They also love streaming their favorite entertainment for relaxing nights in after “tough days” at the beach on our Smart TV’s with the Netflix App. We also have a digital keyless entry system and a hotel-safe for your valuables. 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐈𝐒𝐋𝐀𝐍𝐃: St. Thomas has many attractions and activities within easy driving distance such as Magens Bay, Coral World, Hiking Trails, Sky-Lift, Zip Lining, Botanical Gardens, Drake's Seat, and more. Colorful downtown Charlotte Amalie, the capital city, is a 25-minute drive and offers duty-free shopping. A 15 minute ferry ride will take you to St. John and a 30-minute Seaplane flight or a two hour Ferry ride will take you to historic St. Croix. No passport is needed by American citizens to visit the US Virgin Islands of St.Thomas, St. John, Water Island or St. Croix. Bring one if you want to make side trips to the British Virgin Islands of Tortola, Jost van Dyke or Virgin Gorda. (You must check and be up to date on current covid requirements if going to the BVI’s for a day trip.) Required minimum age of responsible guest is 25. Children from age 12 - 17 only. Other things to note 1) Our condo requires a minimum booking age of 25 for the booking guest. 2) All other guest must be over age 10. 3) Our condo is non-smoking, non-vaping. All properties in the USVI have a 20 -foot from building smoking restriction and our COA follows this rule. There is a $1000 minimum damage fine for any smoking in our around our property. 4) We ask for all guest to purchase travel insurance for your protection. It can be through AirBNB or any outside insurance company, but should cover rental loss from trip cancellation or interruption, as we hold to all AirBnb policies.
