The Whitetail Lodge at Sunset Pines Resort

Welcome to the Whitetail Lodge or Cabin #8 at Sunset Pines Resort! This is one of the cabins that was constructed at the resort in the late 1980s. This cabin has a log exterior and features spacious rooms amidst a large masonry fireplace ideal for family gatherings. This cabin also has a modern kitchen and bath along with being winterized for year around availability. The space Our resort is nestled on several level acres in a park like setting on the southeast corner of South Manistique Lake and offers unparalleled western sunset views over the lake. The resort is situated adjacent to a public boat launch which provides convenience for those guests launching their own personal water craft. South Manistique Lake is a premier fishing and all recreational sports lake that spans over 4000 acres of crystal clear water. Pontoon rentals available. Fishing boat rentals available. Row boats available. Private fire pit Guest access During the late spring, summer, and early fall, on-site coin laundry is available to all resort guests. Not open November-April. All guests have access to the Entertainment Room which has a coin-operated pool table, TV, and card games. On-site Fish House is where guests are to clean all their fish. Community fire pit Other things to note Bathroom towels are provided. Guests are responsible to bring beach towels.
