We are on the north end of Myrtle Beach and are within proximity to many of the most popular activities and attractions the area has to offer. Only a matter of steps when you walk off the elevator to the pools, hot tub or the beach! The "Fun Zone", mini golf and Waterpark are only available to guests booking through the on-site Sand Dunes management company. Unfortunately, there are no options to use these resort amenities when using off-site managers. You do have full access to the other pools, fitness center, restaurants, etc. though for no additional fees or charges. Other things to note Check-In Information The registered Guest must be the one who Checks-In with the off-site manager using a valid matching ID showing they are 25 or older. Open the Property Details link we'll provide the day before your arrival for directions and Check-In details. Then you will receive your door access code to the room access code 15 min before your scheduled arrival. Upon entry to the condo you will find your pool passes and a parking pass if required near the microwave. There is a maximum of 1 parking passes for Studios and 1-bedroom condos, 2-bedroom condos can get 2 parking passes. Extra parking passes are not available. You must register your car(s) with the manager – make, model, color & license plate #. We do not currently offer daily housekeeping services. Therefore, we will not be replacing sheets or towels during your stay. We provide you with linens and towels (no beach/pool towels) plus we include: • Hand soap in the bathroom • Dish soap and a kitchen towel • Cascade dishwashing detergent (if applicable) • 1 roll of paper towels • 1 roll of toilet paper (per bathroom) • 1 trial size of shampoo • 1 trial size soap or body wash • 1 trial size of laundry detergent or pod • Plus, a couple of trash bags for the kitchen You bring pool/beach towels, coffee, extra amenities, etc. Our guests get full access to the indoor and outdoor pool, but the Fun Zone, mini golf and Water Park are not available to guests using off-site rentals. In order to keep our rates competitive and fair to smaller groups - groups with more than 4 adults/children in our 1-bedroom condos and more than 6 adults/children in our 2-bedroom will incur an additional guest fee of $15 per person / per stay. This fee will be billed separately after booking and is used to cover additional linens, towels, etc. We use Commercial Cleaning Services who are thorough and use Commercial Washers and Dryers with enhanced protocols, including bleaching all white linens and towels in 160° hot water. Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent on the beach from the lifeguards starting at $49 per day from Memorial Day through Labor Day Or We have an option to provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for guests to rent for $20 per day.
