Located in the main complex at Swiss Waterski Resort in Clermont, FL, this inviting single story (with second floor loft) pool home offers 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two of the bedrooms have their own private attached bathrooms.  The third bedroom has a full bathroom nearby which opens onto the pool deck for quick access to the pool - great for small children who may have to take a quick bathroom break!  Enjoy the attached lanai for quiet happy hours or a shaded area to enjoy your favorite book with an abundance of comfortable seating.  The lanai overlooks a private pool with comfortable sun loungers. Watch the golfers or sign up for a round yourself!  Book a waterski set with one of the private onsite ski lakes.  Enjoy a leisurely stroll with your morning coffee along the quiet streets and take in the abundant nature in the resort.  Only a short drive away is the NTC for triathletes and the Lake County Rowing Association Club for rowers and kayakers.  The Clermont Chain of Lakes and Historic Downtown Clermont are nearby. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar for two.  Just off the kitchen is a formal dining table that seats 7 comfortably. The spacious living area has comfortable seating, and a flat screen TV with Roku. There is also a TV in the queen bedroom.  The second floor balcony can be accessed by an interior circular stairway and is open and airy.  Perfect for family to hang-out and enjoy reading, playing board games or working at the desk/computer table. There is a washing machine and a clothes dryer in the adjoining private parking garage.  There are also 4 bicycles for guest use. If interested, schedule a ski set with one of the onsite waterski outfitters -   Swiss Ski School, MC Skis or the nearby Jack Travers Water Ski School. Golf onsite or nearby at Mission Inn, Bella Collina, Green Valley, Legends or Kings Ridge! Please note the community gate is normally open during daylight hours but we will provide you with a code to enter between dusk to dawn. Free WiFi throughout the house. Community Amenities Notes: Departure Day items - If time allows, we ask guests to help with a couple housekeeping items.  Please strip all beds that were used and begin a load of towels in the washing machine (we provide 2 laundry tabs and 2 dryer sheets for this purpose).  We also ask that you clean up the kitchen and begin a load in the dishwasher before you leave (we also provide dishtabs for the dishwasher).  Throw away all open food and trash in the bins outside and leave any unopened food items for the cleaning staff.  Please secure the house and make sure to lock up the key in the lock box that is located outside the front door.  Make sure to take a magnet and business card for 'next time'.  Thank you for your business! Other things to note To help you get started, we provide you with 2 rolls of toilet paper and a small bar of soap in each bathroom, 2 dishwasher tabs, dish soap, paper towels and a small amount of garbage bags. You`ll need to get the rest (garbage bags, shampoo. laundry soap).
