The flat spans two floors and has a total floor area of 100 m². Upstairs, there is a bedroom with two double beds. A luxurious, spacious bathroom featuring a large, walk-in, floor-level shower for two people, a corner bathtub, a bidet and a double washbasin. A large, fully equipped kitchen-diner with a dining table. Living room with a high-definition projector on the ceiling, with the screen extendable from the ceiling, TV, Wi-Fi, Netflix. Downstairs: master bedroom with king-size bed + TV + pull-out sofa bed in the hallway, and guest WC. King-size bed 200 x 220 cm, TV, wardrobe The large open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area is on the upper floor. A coffee machine including filter, coffee and sugar awaits guests. Also a kettle and sufficient kitchen utensils such as pots, pans, plates, glasses, etc. Salt, pepper, oil and baking paper are provided for cooking. Kitchen roll, hand soap, toilet paper, towels and of course freshly made bed linen are also provided by us. A hair dryer is also there. If my guests need anything else, they can contact me at any time, either in advance or during their stay. The entire property is always rented and the guests are always alone. The projector can be operated with your own laptops or consoles via VGA or HDMI ports. The picture from the projector is great! For a good sound, guests can connect their own speakers, the sound that the projector outputs is relatively quiet. Guest access The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony. Guests check in and out independently. A key safe is available for this purpose. The pin number for the safe and all other information will be sent here at the latest on the day of arrival. If necessary, guests can also be received in person at the apartment. The check-in/check-out times are: check-in 3:00 p.m., check-out 11:00 a.m. If necessary and if the booking location allows, the times may also be made flexible. It is also possible to drop off luggage only. I like to address this. Before A deposit of €300 is required at check-in. Sufficient free parking is available around the building. It is a residential area with many parking spaces (all free of charge). A dedicated parking space for one car is also available in the courtyard. Guests are always on their own; I do not live in the property, and it is not rented to any other people at the same time. Other things to note I love hosting guests, but I love the good neighborhood and my home too. Therefore, no parties are allowed in the apartment. The volume of the guests, especially at night, must not disturb the neighbors. Therefore, quiet hours are very important from 10 pm to 7 am. Room volume ONLY is allowed here. A declaration of consent to comply with the night's rest will be provided and must be countersigned by the guests. Furthermore, a security deposit of €300 is due at check-in.
