(2 fridges!) - 2 Living Rooms. Perfect for kids & adults spaces! - HUGE backyard - family event ready! - Dog-Friendly! Fully fenced in back yard - 3 Full Bathrooms (1 bathtub) - Off-Street parking in driveway (up to 3 cars) The space The Garland Getaway is a perfect family & group home base! It is fully equipped with all the comforts of HOME. INSIDE: - 2 Living Spaces - 2 Kitchens *AND 2 fridges* - Comfortable sleeping for up to 10 guests in 4 Bedrooms *3 Queen Beds, 1 Full, 1 Twin and 1 Full-sized Pull out Couch* - Plenty of bathrooms (THREE full bathrooms!) OUTSIDE: - 6-Person HOT TUB - Outdoor 55" TV - Outdoor BBQ grill & firepit! - Cornhole & Outdoor games! - Two large living spaces perfect for families who appreciate a little extra space! EVENTS If you would like to host more than the occupancy, please reach out to your host directly. We DO NOT accommodate parties, but we do understand that you may want to host small family get-togethers or have visitors to the home. A few things to consider: - We have strict rules around QUIET HOURS, and do not permit loud groups in the backyard past 10pm. Be respectful of the neighborhood please. - Groups above occupancy level must be disclosed to your host & approved. - We have a few rental items that are available for your stay, like folding tables, additional chairs, etc. If you have a need, please reach out to your host. - Please reach out with any questions or concerns, we are very accommodating and friendly, it is our hope that you have THE BEST stay at the Garland Getaway! Sometimes, we do need to have maintenance people (hot tub tech) swing by the backyard to balance/clean, check propane tanks, etc. We try our hardest to schedule this during non-guest periods, but it may fall during your stay. Other things to note This home is located just off of the bright & vibrant Historic Garland District! While this comes with amazing local shops, thrift stores, bars, restaurants, and the historic Garland Theatre -- this also means that the area comes with some natural noise from the bars and visitors. There are at times festivals and street fairs that are hosted DIRECTLY outside of the home on Lincoln Street where the street itself is SHUT DOWN to cars. Unfortunately, we DO NOT get advance notice of these events from the city/neighborhood. They generally will provide a couple hour notice of needing to move cars, but we cannot guarantee that they will give you proper notice. If you happen to be staying during one of these events, please park on one of the adjacent streets (Walton or Post).
