With elegant and modern finishes to the design throughout, you will be hard pushed to find a space more suited to experience your alpine retreat. You will be blown away by this bright, fantastic townhome when you walk into this home from the private groundfloor entry. Step upstairs to find the designer, open-plan living area and kitchen. The kitchen features state of the art appliances to cook for your group after a day of relishing Whistler's great outdoors. Start your days by stepping out with morning coffee in hand onto your private covered deck to encounter beautiful Whistler forestry, then spend your afternoons cozied up in front of the fire in your contemporary living area after enjoying the newly renovated heated outdoor pool. Guests will enjoy in-floor heating to feel cosy in Winters. Primary bedroom is particularly spacious, complete with full en-suite bathroom and queen bed on the main floor. Additional full bathroom and in-suite washer/dryer can be found on the main floor. Upper floor has 2nd bedroom with queen and window overlooking private courtyard, 3rd bedroom with 4 x twin Beds (2 Bunks) and a powder bathroom. The home has 2 bonus rooms, den off the primary bedroom with reading area or twin bed to maximise guests in the home. Entertainment nook with beanbags and smart TV is just outside the 3rd bedroom. For additional vehicles, free parking is available in Creekside underground parkade located across the road. ⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25. ⌂ Base occupancy is 8 adults and max occupancy is 9 adults. The ninth adult pays C$35 per night. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge. ⌂ This home does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area. ⌂ Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March.
