Both houses have air conditioning (hot and cold) in their bedrooms and living rooms as well as satellite TV and Wi-Fi. The 32 m² pool, with a maximum depth of 1.9 m, is located between the two houses and is equipped with a shower, washbasin, toilet, deckchairs and sunshades. The seaside resort of Port de Sóller with shops, restaurants, bars, cafés and a beach can be reached in a few minutes by car or after about 10 minutes on foot. There is a parking lot for up to 5 cars on the property. Other things to note The property is located in a rural setting, at the foot of a mountain. To reach the house guests have to go along a paved path up the hill. The electricity included in the price corresponds to a consumption of 70kw / day.
