Guest access - You will have complete private access to the space, so kick back and make yourself at home. - Our guests also get access to the Oasis Clubhouse at ChampionsGate Resort, and they are open from 9am until 9pm daily. - The driveway has space for 2 vehicles to park, overflow may park at the clubhouse, but clubhouse parking is only available during their hours of operation. - Please ensure you have provided us with the full names of all guests prior to arrival, only registered guests will be given access to the community. Reminders from Oasis Club: • NO overnight parking is allowed in the Oasis Club parking lots. • For questions about street parking rules, residents should contact the HOA team. • Dumpsters at the Oasis Club are for restaurant use only — residential trash is not permitted. • For questions about trash disposal, residents should contact the Masters or Retreat HOA. Guest registration and parking rules: • All visiting guests must be registered prior to arrival or they will be denied entry. • Parking rules: park in the correct direction, avoid blocking sidewalks/driveways, do not park on grass or yellow areas, and keep fire lanes, hydrants, and gates clear—violations may result in towing. • Residents are advised to check the community website for the latest Parking & Towing Policy. Other things to note *IMPORTANT NOTE* • Please note that the smaller sofa in the living room (the loveseat) is currently under repair. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding. Additional Services: • Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/day, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details. • We're happy to deliver: - a full BBQ propane tank upon request for $70/per tank. - a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee). - a Highchair for $40 (one-time fee).
