La Casa di Alice Villa Smeralda

An oasis of peace, privacy and relaxation just a few minutes from the beaches and the most famous places on the Costa Smeralda. The environment is relaxed and soft, modern furniture but with some touch of ethnic and rustic, bleached wooden ceilings, soft colored floor, living room with open kitchen and sliding window overlooking the large veranda where you can admire the sunrise and the suggestive hills. The panoramic swimming pool is surrounded by a large garden with olive and fruit trees. The Villa Smeralda has 3 comfortable spacious and modern bedrooms with king size beds, 3 spacious and modern bathrooms, a service bathroom with washing machine, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bright living room and a veranda where you can dine or enjoy an aperitif while admiring the suggestive landscape. There is air conditioning in all rooms, mosquito nets on each window, 30mbps wi-fi connection and private parking. The use of the swimming pool is shared with the guests of the other house in the land. Travel cot is provided upon request at a cost of € 25. We will always be present on site and therefore we will always be available to our guests, if they request it, for their every need. A few hundred meters are the bus stops that connect the house with the main tourist destinations, the city of Olbia, the train station. The Villa Smeralda stands in a country land where you can find rough, rocky areas, stone stairs, plants and irregular rocks. Maximum attention is required. There are two houses and the pool area is shared with all guests on the properties. The green requires periodic maintenance so even noisy gardening equipment will be used. On the property live Charlie and Dobby two very good dogs, sweet and playful, they are used to living all over the property. The Villa Smeralda is not suitable for those who do not like dogs. In any case, it will be our care to limit their disturbance as much as possible. To maintain the tranquillity of the place it is forbidden to make too much noise, to party. It is strictly forbidden to bring strangers into the property who are not part of the booking.
