Private downstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood in Sandy, UT. Only 10 minutes to the base of the Cottonwood Canyons, home to 4 major ski resorts. This getaway is centrally located in the Salt Lake Valley, close to highways with easy access to Downtown SLC and Park City. Within 5 minutes, you will find grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, the Alta View Hospital and much more. We look forward to having you stay with us! The space This downstairs apartment features an open concept living area. The living area includes a tall dining table with seating for four and a large smart TV for entertainment. There are 3 bedrooms. The master features a king sized bed, a large closet, dresser and a smart TV. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed, closet, dresser, and a smart TV. The 3rd bedroom includes a bunk bed with a full sized base and twin sized top. It also includes a work station, and a large closet. There is 1 bathroom, with a stand up shower that features a rain shower head. In addition, the laundry area includes full sized washer and dryer at no added cost. Guest access This getaway is attached to a single family home, but is fully closed off from the upstairs. The guests will have the entire downstairs unit described to themselves. Other things to note Street parking is limited to 2 regular size vehicles. Please no box trucks or trailers.
